Caribbean Fruit Cakes

All cakes are made to order, and covered in sugarpaste.  Please note fruit cakes are covered in a layer of marzipan (almond paste) before the layer of sugarpaste is added.

 

While peanuts or other nuts may not be a key ingredient in my cakes, they are produced in an environment in which nuts are consumed. Therefore although all precautions are taken in the manufacture of my cakes, cross-contamination may inadvertently occur.

 

I also provide Egg free, Photo and Hand painted cakes.

All of my cakes are freshly baked by myself for every order and are available in many delicious flavours, paying considerable care and attention to ensure that your cake is always fresh, moist and tasty. No cakes are made using cake mixes or made by a third party.
